Established in 2014, Stone Harbor Equities, LLC specializes in acquiring, renovating, and repositioning multi-family commercial properties throughout Southern California. Stone Harbor Equities, LLC aims to source acquisitions both on and off market and utilizing design expertise to create a differentiated product that meets the demands of today’s tenants. Stone Harbor Equities, LLC looks to reposition and hold assets for between two to five years and targets high teens returns for its investors. Our principals have been investors in the commercial real estate market for a combined 20 years. With their first-hand experience of construction and renovation, along with valuable connections in the Southern California real estate market the determination of ultimate growth and expansion throughout the US is only steps away.

Daniel W. Stone
Managing Principle
As Managing Principle and Co-Founder of Stone Harbor Equities, LLC Danny is in charge of the day to day operations of the firm. Danny’s past experience prior to starting Stone Harbor Equities, LLC he spent four years in Class A professional and medical office development and ground up construction. After that, for the past ten years Danny has run the Operations and Business Development for a Nationwide Commercial General Contractor based in Irvine, California – where he still currently resides today.
